Join our On-Ramp Classes
First, we need to equip you with the necessary skills & techniques for maintaining safety, in order to maximise your results and be a successful CrossFitter.
The On-Ramp is a series of introductory sessions for beginning CrossFitters. You will learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit, a progressive introduction to intensity, and important box ethics. This 3-session series is mandatory prior to joining our regular group classes.
On-Ramp sessions meet for 3 sessions over one week.
Each On-Ramp session runs for an hour; in which we will bring you through a warm-up, movement lessons & drills, a WOD (workout of the day), and a cool-down.
Each On-Ramp session builds on one another; it is important you complete all 3 sessions.
