CrossFit is unlike any other fitness programmes you would see in conventional gyms. Here's what you can expect at CrossFit 399:

 

  • A certified CrossFit coach in every class

 

  • Small class sizes for personal attention

 

  • Daily programmed workouts

 

On-Ramp

RM240/ course

  • A one-week (3 sessions) introduction course to CrossFit.

  • All sessions must be completed before attending regular CrossFit classes.

Restricted

RM450/ month

  • Access to 3x CrossFit classes per week

Unlimited

RM500/ month

  • Access to Unlimited CrossFit classes per week.

Drop In

RM70/ class

  • Drop in sessions are for current CrossFitters only. We love visitors!

Drop-Ins

Please email to crossfit399@gmail.com and provide these information before dropping in:

  • Duration of CrossFit experience

  • Name of your CrossFit affiliate

  • Preferred drop-in date and time based on our Schedule

Membership Suspension

  • We allow membership to be suspended or on hold for a minimum period of 7 days and not more than 30 days.

  • Members will need to write an email to crossfit399@gmail.com stating the exact dates for suspension.

  • Please note that once a membership is suspended, you will not be able to book & attend classes.

Payment

  • No registration fees.

  • All memberships are paid via cash only. We have a no refund policy.

  • Payment must be made BEFORE joining a class.
